由工业与信息化部安排拟定的强制性国家标准《电动汽车用动力蓄电池安全要求》(GB 38031-2025)于本年3月28日发布，2026年7月1日起施行。新国标初次提出电池因内短路发生热失控后，不起火、不爆破的要求。

其动力电池体系经过热扩散、底部碰击、快充循环后安全、振荡和揉捏等测验，适配以下要害目标：电池热失控后保证不起火、不爆破；电池底部遭到碰击后无泄漏、起火或爆破；经过300次快充循环后仍经过外部短路测验，电池不起火、不爆破。
